4,000sq ft retail shop fit-out. Works included forming new slab opening for constructing the new staircase completed with glass balustrade, fire shutter, smoke barrier and to install the dump waiter as well as to supply and install loose/built in furniture for front store area and back of house area in phase I and Phase II.
